Pour the mix into a bowl. Add your chosen oil (2 tablespoons per 1 cup of mix) and stir thoroughly.
Add a pinch of salt (we do not recommend sugar) to enhance the flavor.
Slowly add warm water while mixing, until you get a compact and pliable dough.
Shape the dough into cookies of your preferred size and form.
Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving a small space between each.
Preheat the oven to 170–180°C (top and bottom heat).
Bake for about 15–20 minutes, until the cookies are lightly golden and firm.
After baking, transfer the cookies to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
You can add seeds, dried herbs, dried fruit, etc. to the dough.
Decorate the finished cookies as you wish!
Store in a cool (max 25 C), dark place, in a tightly closed container.
