Dzieżba, despite her mature age, still feels like a young foal, discovering new things every day. She is very emotional, skittish, and firmly expresses her opinions. Although she is diagnosed and treated as needed from every possible angle, treated with due respect and the utmost understanding according to the behaviorist's recommendations, and we also use relaxation techniques and work with a mix of R+, there are still moments when she cannot cope with her emotions and falls into states of anxiety. She has a hard time dealing with changes and is very routine-oriented. The biggest problem was transitioning to a new, larger paddock. Despite the presence of all the other horses, she was very nervous, walking along the fence for hours without even looking at the grass. Additionally, she experienced a severe estrus, which worsened the situation. I performed an ultrasound of her ovaries to ensure everything was okay, and fortunately, it was. At that point, I had to look for an alternative to help her.
The idea to try the Hempqualizer product came up, and it was a hit. After just three days of use, Dzieżba could return to the new paddock and enjoy the space and grass from morning till evening. From that day on, the problem with the distant paddock was forgotten. Moreover, she went through her next estrus much more calmly.
As I mentioned earlier, Dzieżba is like an eternal child, often getting excited about new things in the environment, strange sounds, flying objects, etc. During riding or ground work, it was hard for her not to get spooked and start getting worked up. While using Hempqualizer, she was less skittish, and if she did get spooked, she quickly calmed down, allowing us to continue our work.
